Most orders will ship out within 3-7 days (excluding Malaysia holiday and weekends) of ordering. Once shipped, orders are                                                   generally received within 3-10 business days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products                                                      cannot be shipped to international destinations.

                                                IMPORTANT: Please provide us with a valid shipping address.
                        We will not make refund at any circumstance if an invalid address/contact number is assigned.
If the courier is unable to deliver the package, you will have 2 days to provide us with the alternative address/contact number. 
All packages will be disposed of if an alternative address is not provided / or assigned address is invalid, and you will be                                                         charged for the full amount of your order.

        We accept return/refund only if the product is damaged from shipping or the wrong products are shipped.
